Haiti Earthquake

The Red Cross have opened up emergency funding for those caught up in the earthquake in Haiti.

They also need our kind thoughts sent to them - whether through meditation, prayer or just spending a few minutes in quiet thought - wishing they receive positive help and are able to move forward with strength.

We rest in the cradle of death -  seize the time we have on earth to be of benefit to as many people as possible... overcome fear and extend loving kindness.
