Meditation improves relationships and interactions with others
Spending a short period of time resting and calming our mind each day creates a blissful space inside that we experience, not only when we are relaxing in meditation but during the rest of the day as well. This is why it is so beneficial to engage in a meditation session at the beginning of the day.
With extra space and clarity inside, our relationships naturally improve, we have a greater
ability to listen, we can think more clearly, concisely and independently. If we are with someone who is unhappy, stressed & irritable we can help them by reaching further into the relationship and not responding with irritation.
