The theme I will be focusing on during the month of May at Mind Space is 'Stress Busting'.
Each day I will offer you a technique to deal with stress (I'll be taking them too, btw!)
In the world today there are many different approaches dealing with this issue - there are a million and one stress management courses out there to join or be forced on by your HR department!
So what will be doing different at Mind Space?
As usual we will be looking at how we can tackle this state of mind through the practice of meditation.
If we engage in meditation practice and then integrate into our life then this will start to bust the stress out of our mind - we can change the way in which our mind responds to life and start to experience peace.
Meditation practice conjoined with a powerful decision to change the mind will bring significant benefit into our life.
Learning to bust stress through meditation is a little like learning a language, the more effort you put into the process the more you will get out of it - finally leading to great satisfaction.
