I usually drive to work - this day I opted for public transport, tram/walk. What joy, there is the opportunity to meditate.
Waiting for the tram, sitting on the tram. The same can be said for tube, bus.
The session doesn't have to be long or a big deal.
Just gently shut your eyes for 5 minutes and chill -
Concentrate the mind focus on the breath
Set the intention for the day.
