NO - Meditation

As I walked into work today there was a group of men having a business meeting two of them were dressed to impress the other guy had a T'shirt with the words NO! on the front.  I looked at his expression and that said NO! as well.

Its an unpopular word at the moment - is difficult to use and can offend quickly - so its easy to shy away from it.

Its also difficult to use the word with our self and the workings of our mind.

NO! is seen as negative - but it can help if the mind decides to become distracted in meditation. (which is the main enemy of a meditator).  We say no to our distracted thoughts and bring our attention back to our chosen object. We say NO! to negativity in our mind.

NO! is clean and sharp and cuts through the crap.
